Physio

Must book online physio for initial assessment and treatment and we will decide if face to face is appropriate/needed.

Coaching

Available online only at present.

Sports massage

No stand alone massage is available but please consider physio services if you have pain/problems

Online Stroke Rehab Classes

The group have been making some great progress over the last few months. Pleased to say we are still running and you can now book for next month.
